My journey in fitness began in school with basketball, but my professional path truly took shape in the water, where I competed as a water polo player, reaching the Junior National Team level. Since the age of 13, I haven't spent a single day away from a competitive or training environment. This lifelong commitment has made discipline and resilience a fundamental part of who I am.
My adventurous spirit has always pushed me toward new challenges—from exploring the depths as a Two-Star Scuba Diver to taking flight as a Paragliding Pilot and tackling extreme mountain biking trails. Additionally, I bring two years of focused experience in high-intensity Spinning, both as a rider and an instructor, which has given me a deep understanding of endurance and cardiovascular conditioning. This diverse athletic background allows me to understand how the human body can reach its peak potential in any environment.
With over 10 years of coaching experience and having earned my professional certification in Toronto last year, I focus on bridging the gap between raw strength and exercise science. I specialize in hypertrophy (muscle building), fat loss, and the strategic use of resistance bands for precise muscle activation. My goal is to ensure every client understands their body better while training with maximum efficiency and safety.
I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of the Striation 6 family. Since joining, I’ve learned so much from my colleagues—Sam, Lance, Colleen, and the entire training team—who welcomed me as one of their own from day one. This supportive and professional environment is my greatest motivation to share my expertise and help my clients achieve their goals.
