There is a learning curve with exercise, and getting the appropriate guidance is essential for your success. Tip 3 – Use Your Free Gym Trial to Learn from Team Members at the Gym
The best gyms in Toronto have a culture that encourages service over sales. In part, this means having a team of true Exercise Professionals who are enthusiastic about your exercise success.
Many new exercisers are nervous about asking for help from gym staff while using their free gym trials. This might stem from not wanting to be “the person asking for something for free”.
A true Exercise Professional will:
- Always appreciate the chance to speak with you.
- Let you know if you are interrupting or if they do not have the time to spend with you.
- If they cannot speak to you in the moment, either refer you to an available colleague or make a plan to meet with you at a later date.
