Our metabolic nutrition coaching program includes:

  • 6 months of coaching, including 1:1 and group meetings and text support
  • Blood work
  • A personalized Metabolic Balance Meal Plan designed by a medical team based on your goals and the results of your blood work
  • $300 in credit towards either an Open Gym or Small Group Fitness membership at Striation 6
  • A sustainable lifestyle where you can enjoy the foods you love while feeling, functioning, looking and living your best!

  • Build your Nutrition Plan.

    Once we decide to move forward, you will fill out a Personal Profile and have blood work done. From there, a medical team in Germany will build a plan customized to your needs, preferences and goals.

    Learn which foods nourish you and make you feel great, and which ones you should indulge in occasionally. You will have a roadmap for nutrition success for life!

Questions about Metabolic Balance Nutrition Coaching?

Is this exclusively a weight loss program?

No, our program is not exclusively about weight loss. While program participants see varying degrees of weight loss based on choices made with the program (you can choose to maintain or lose weight when you begin the program), our Nutrition Coaching is more about health.

Weight loss over the course of your program would be a consequence of increased health, activity and your body adapting to the benefits that the program has to offer.

Can I claim this through my insurance benefits?

Yes. While all benefits plans are different, you should be able to claim your Nutrition Program under Nutrition Counselling or through a Health Spending Account.

Do you work with diabetics?

Yes, we are pleased to be able to support clients with Type I or Type II diabetes.

Do you work with vegans/vegetarians?

Absolutely! While protein options may be more limited in these cases, we are happy to serve vegans and vegetarians with our Nutrition Coaching service.

Who cannot participate in the program?

If you are pregnant, undergoing treatment for an eating disorder or going through cancer treatment, then we will not be able to support you. However, once you are cleared of those conditions or are no longer pregnant and ready to achieve your best health, please reach out - we would love to meet you!
