At Striation 6, we do not believe in quick fixes. Our Nutrition Coaching program is 6 months long so that you are guided and supported long enough to make a lasting change in your health. We will have up to 6 scheduled one-on-one meetings through the process. Weekly group Zoom calls are also included.

As a sidenote: I did not anticipate the positive impact that the group calls would have, and I am so glad to see it. Participants in the group calls are reporting that the combination of camaraderie, support and layer of extra accountability make up some of the best parts of the program!

A simple first step you could easily try is to eat three square meals per day, 5 hours apart. It sounds simple, and it is. But this simple step could make a tremendous difference for you.

#2: Provide an Array of Healthy, Delicious Foods for Your Body

Every Nutrition Coaching client at Striation 6 receives a customized array of food choices. The options are based on a combination of your taste preferences, health history, and specific blood work results.

The benefit of our nutrition coaching food plans is that they give you a set of healthy food choices while providing flexibility. This prevents feelings of monotony and deprivation along your nutrition journey.

In more restrictive nutrition strategies, many participants become discouraged by the monotony of their plans. Many of them fear becoming listless or even joyless about their food. This is not sustainable and should be avoided for long-term nutrition success towards health and longevity.

Let’s get this straight: you should never mould to any program! In fact, I believe the opposite is true. Anything that you undertake to better your health and life ought to do just that. That does not mean it should be free of challenges or effort. However, it does mean that the program should meet you where you currently are. As you go through your process, you’ll progressively be able to adapt to healthy food and lifestyle choices. The process will feel natural!
