I love Striation 6 - it is like a home away from home. It is clean and has a diverse range of equipment. Everything a person needs and more! Sam, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge. He has a philosophy on fitness that is accessible for all. My trainer - Jose - is excellent. He is motivating and encouraging. His years of experience are a direct correlation to the high quality personal training he delivers. He has taken great time and effort to develop a program suited to my goals as an amateur athlete. And, while we are training hard, he focuses on correctness of technique and safety, keeping my risk of injury very low.
I have always enjoyed working out at Striation 6. The underground feel to the gym is perfect and their trainers are diverse in skill set. I personally trained with Jessica, she's phenomenal. No person I would trust with my physical health more than her. Best trainer in the city.
Esther is the fitness trainer extraordinaire! She has significantly improved my back muscles so much that my back no longer hurts on day long hikes. Esther is excellent at assessing one's fitness level so that training sessions are geared specifically to your range of motion. The owner, Sam is always accommodating to fitness plans that suit your budget and schedule. So glad the Striation Six gym is finally open after so many months of pandemic lockdown :))
