A Bit About Me
I have been in the fitness industry for over ten years and a personal trainer for about 7. I also run the kids' martial arts program when I'm not on the floor training clients.
As a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, I see the importance of regular exercise and correct technique to avoid injuries and stay active for longer periods. I believe that a strong and healthy body that exercises consistently is a great way to not just enjoy life but also to avoid injuries, pain and stiffness in the body.
